Family Ownership. Established Production Experience.
ITH Group is privately held by the owning family and operates without external institutional investors. This ownership structure supports long-term decision-making, direct communication and a practical approach to customer and supplier relationships.
The company's production background is rooted in industrial cutting, sewing, production planning and quality control.
Our production team has nearly two decades of experience manufacturing garments for premium Italian sportswear brands. This work has required technical accuracy, consistent workmanship, controlled repeat production and reliable delivery planning.
We manufacture finished sewn products. We do not manufacture textile raw materials.

Manufacturing Organised Around the Project
Our primary interest is in larger-volume, recurring or commercially significant B2B manufacturing. ITH Group does not primarily sell a fixed catalogue of standard products.
Each enquiry is assessed according to:
- The intended product
- Available specifications or samples
- Preparation requirements
- Estimated quantities
- Material responsibilities
- Target schedule
- Potential for recurring production
We do not publish one universal minimum order quantity because suitable volumes vary substantially by product type, technical complexity and division.
Each project is evaluated individually, but consumer orders and one-off private tailoring are not our focus.
Defined Inputs Before Production Begins
The clearest manufacturing model is often one in which the customer supplies approved materials, components and complete technical information.
This gives the customer direct control over material quality, continuity and supplier responsibility.
Where appropriate, ITH Group may also assist with material or component sourcing through approved partners. Availability, approvals, responsibility, timing and cost must be agreed for the individual project.
We do not guarantee that every material or component can be sourced through our network.
Transport can be arranged by the customer or coordinated as part of the project, with costs and responsibilities agreed in advance.
Production Organisation and Quality
ITH Group combines internal production operations with established subcontracting relationships where appropriate. Every accepted project must have a defined responsibility structure, production scope and quality standard.
Quality checks are performed during production and before final packing according to the agreed product and project requirements.
Where required, results can be documented, including:
- Inspected quantities
- Identified defects
- Products requiring correction
- Completed repairs
- Final accepted quantities
Our responsibility also includes correcting manufacturing defects attributable to our own production in accordance with the agreed commercial and quality terms.
