About ITH Hospitality

Manufacturing for Hotels, Operators and Project Partners

ITH Hospitality is a specialised division applying ITH Group's established cutting, sewing, production-planning and quality-control capabilities to professional hospitality projects.

Our manufacturing offer is intended for hotels, resorts, aparthotels, serviced apartments, holiday parks and suitable student or multi-unit accommodation operators, as well as FF&E and OS&E procurement companies, fit-out contractors, interior designers, property developers, furnishing companies and installers.

Our role is manufacturing: we make sewn products for hospitality projects to approved specifications. The division is designed for larger, repeatable and technically defined production programmes rather than individual residential orders.

Manufacturing Capabilities

Production Organised by Room, Unit and Delivery Phase

Programmes may cover new developments, refurbishments and replacements across several room types, buildings or properties. Room-type approval can be followed by serial production and phased delivery, combining window, guest-room, restaurant, conference, wellness and outdoor products where suitable. Every project is reviewed according to the number of rooms or units, room variations, technical readiness, material responsibility, required schedule and production volume.

Depending on the approved project scope, Hospitality production may involve:

  • Room-type-based quantity management
  • Multiple dimensions within one product category
  • Product variation by room type
  • Apartment- or unit-based identification
  • Room-number labelling
  • Floor- or building-based organisation
  • Packing by room or installation area
  • Multi-property programme management
  • Phased production and delivery
  • Set-completeness control
  • Customer-specific labels
  • Project-specific quality documentation
  • Coordinated production across several Hospitality product categories

Only capabilities confirmed as suitable for the individual property and delivery programme are included in the accepted scope.

Preparing an Enquiry

Information Needed to Review a Hospitality Project

Tell us what property and which products you need a manufacturer for. For a first enquiry it is enough to share what you already have.

For a first enquiry

  • Property type
  • Product categories

If already known

  • Number of rooms, apartments or units
  • Target delivery date

Project assessment details

Hospitality projects are assessed largely from the completeness of the room schedule and the dimensions behind it. If the project has a special technical requirement, it is worth stating it in the first enquiry.

The project and its scale

  • Project name and location
  • Number of buildings
  • Room-type schedule

Products and technical basis

  • Quantities by room type
  • Drawings, dimensions or measurement schedules
  • Approved physical samples where available
  • Selected fabrics and components
  • Required flame-retardant documentation where applicable
  • Colour and finishing requirements

Schedule and handover

  • Installation schedule where relevant
  • Identification and packing requirements
  • Information about phased or recurring demand

ITH Hospitality manufactures according to approved project inputs. Interior design, architectural planning, technical curtain-system design and installation are not part of the manufacturing offer; where a project needs them, we clarify that at the start of the conversation.

Project Materials

Approved Materials for Hospitality Applications

Customer-supplied materials and components are welcome and often provide the clearest control over quality, colour, continuity and project responsibility, particularly where the same fabric must look identical in every room and in every delivery phase.

Material properties

Depending on the product and intended environment, specifications may include:

  • Colour and visual consistency
  • Blackout or dim-out performance
  • Washability
  • Resistance to repeated professional use
  • Abrasion resistance
  • Outdoor suitability
  • Colour stability
  • Water-repellent or quick-drying properties
  • Documented flame-retardant performance
  • Compatibility with the intended sewing and finishing method

Components

Components may include approved:

  • Curtain tapes
  • Eyelets
  • Zippers
  • Piping or welt cord
  • Hook-and-loop fastening
  • Labels
  • Ties and straps
  • Selected fastening components
  • Packaging and room-identification materials

How materials and components are supplied, and who is responsible for them, is agreed project by project. Where appropriate, sourcing support may be discussed through approved partners, subject to availability and the requirements of the project.

Performance claims must be supported by the material supplier's technical documentation and agreed for the intended project use.

ITH Hospitality does not manufacture the underlying fabric.

Partner-Sourced Products — Not Manufactured by ITH Group

Selected Hospitality products may be coordinated through approved external suppliers rather than manufactured directly by ITH Group. These may include:

  • Towels
  • Bathrobes
  • Slippers
  • Duvets
  • Pillows
  • Mattresses
  • Curtain tracks
  • Selected accessories

Any such product is identified as partner-sourced in the project documentation. Availability, specification, responsibility, approvals, commercial terms and delivery conditions must be agreed separately.

Complex Projects

On-Site Assessment Where Project Conditions Require It

Larger or technically complex Hospitality projects may require an on-site assessment before production.

This may be relevant where:

  • Measurements cannot be confirmed from existing documentation
  • Room types contain significant variations
  • Existing products must be reviewed
  • Installation conditions affect the required construction
  • Several buildings or project phases must be coordinated
  • Room schedules and physical conditions do not fully match
  • Complex packaging or installation sequencing must be planned

A site assessment is subject to prior agreement, is judged on the scale and technical need of the project, and may carry travel and other costs.

A site visit is generally unnecessary where complete and approved measurements, drawings, room schedules and samples are available.

A site assessment does not automatically include installation, interior design, technical curtain-system planning or final fitting responsibility. Any installation-partner coordination must be agreed separately.

Assessment conditions on How We Work

Common Questions About Hospitality Manufacturing

We do not publish one universal minimum order quantity. Suitable quantities depend on the product, preparation requirements, room variations, technical complexity and total project volume. Larger, multi-room and recurring B2B projects are the main focus.

No. ITH Hospitality is focused on professional B2B projects such as hotels, serviced apartments, resorts and multi-unit accommodation rather than individual residential orders.

Yes, provided the documentation contains sufficient approved dimensions, quantities, room types and construction information. Samples or additional clarification may still be required.

Selected sourcing support may be discussed through partners. Availability, documentation, lead time, continuity and cost are not guaranteed and must be agreed for the project.

Products may be manufactured from approved materials carrying suitable documented flame-retardant performance where required. ITH Group does not independently certify the underlying fabric.

Installation is not included as a standard service. Coordination with a suitable installation partner may be considered for selected projects.

These products are not manufactured by ITH. Selected items may be coordinated through approved partners, subject to separate agreement on specification, availability, responsibility and commercial terms.
