Our manufacturing offer is intended for event, sport and conference organisers; festivals; marketing, branding and production teams; exhibition companies and stand builders; venue operators; municipalities, public bodies and educational institutions.

Our role is manufacturing: we make sewn products for event projects from approved artwork and specifications. The customer must hold the necessary rights and approvals for all supplied brand names, trademarks, logos, sponsor graphics and artwork.

Event Manufacturing Capabilities

Managing Product, Branding and Venue Variants

Projects may range from competitions, corporate conferences and product launches to exhibitions, festivals and branded VIP areas. Recurring programmes and multi-venue campaigns may combine sponsor-specific versions, approved repeat products and phased production aligned with event dates. Every project is reviewed according to technical readiness, dimensions, artwork versions, quantities, material responsibility, delivery schedule and event date.

Depending on the approved project scope, Event production may involve:

  • Several artwork or sponsor versions
  • Campaign-specific colour and branding variants
  • Product identification by event or venue
  • Packing by location, campaign or installation phase
  • Set-based packing
  • Customer-specific labels
  • Variable branding based on approved files
  • Repeat production of approved event products
  • Phased production aligned with event dates
  • Multi-location delivery organisation
  • Set-completeness control
  • Coordinated production across several Event product categories
  • Project-specific quality documentation

Only capabilities confirmed as suitable for the individual construction and schedule are included in the accepted scope.

Preparing an Enquiry

Information Needed to Review an Event Project

Tell us what event you are producing for and which products you need made. For a first enquiry, what you already have is enough.

For a first enquiry

Neither is a required field, and neither needs finished documentation.

Event or campaign type

This sets the construction and the schedule.

Product categories you are looking for

Naming the relevant categories is enough.

If already known

  • Event date
  • Quantities
  • Required delivery date

Project assessment details

Event projects are assessed largely from the final dimensions, the number of artwork versions and the fixed event date. Of the points below we ask for those that apply to the project; technical and documentation requirements apply where they are applicable.

Product and dimensions

  • Product dimensions, and the structure dimensions where the product covers or attaches to an existing frame
  • Indoor or outdoor application
  • Selected materials and components

Artwork and approval

  • Approved drawings or samples
  • Artwork and branding files, and the number of graphic or sponsor versions
  • Required technical or flame-retardant documentation where applicable

Venue and logistics

  • Project location
  • Packing and venue-allocation requirements
  • Installation responsibilities
  • Information about repeat or future events

ITH Event manufactures according to approved technical and graphic inputs. Product design, graphic design, structural engineering, event planning and installation are not part of the manufacturing offer; where a project needs them, we clarify that at the start of the conversation.

The fixed event date is a critical project input: enquiries should be submitted early enough to allow technical review, sample approval, production and delivery.

Project Materials

Materials Selected for the Product and Event Environment

Material and components are two separate decisions: one governs how the product behaves, the other what it is assembled from.

Customer-supplied materials and components are welcome and often provide the clearest control over visual consistency, quality, continuity and responsibility, which matters when branding has to match across versions and the event date cannot move.

Material properties

Depending on the intended use, specifications may include:

  • Indoor or outdoor suitability
  • Colour consistency
  • Print or branding compatibility
  • Dimensional stability
  • Washability
  • Abrasion resistance
  • UV resistance
  • Water-repellent properties
  • Documented flame-retardant performance
  • Compatibility with the intended structure, fastening and sewing method

Components

Components may include approved:

  • Zippers
  • Hook-and-loop fastening
  • Webbing and straps
  • Elastic
  • Piping or welt cord
  • Eyelets
  • Labels
  • Ties
  • Fastening components
  • Packaging and identification materials

How materials and components are supplied, and who is responsible for them, is agreed project by project. For event projects we can also supply materials and components ourselves, or arrange sourcing support through approved partners.

Material performance and flame-retardant properties must be supported by supplier documentation and agreed for the intended use.

ITH Event does not manufacture the underlying textile material.

Branding and Finishing — Coordinated with Approved Partners

The following may require coordination with approved external partners and is not automatically performed internally by ITH Event:

  • Printing
  • Embroidery
  • Specialist finishing

Availability, quality, timing, continuity and cost must be agreed for the individual project.

Complex Event Projects

Site assessment, where it is warranted

Larger or technically complex event projects may call for a site assessment before manufacturing. Standard products backed by full dimensions, drawings, artwork and approved samples generally do not need one.

When it may come up

  • Dimensions cannot be verified from the drawings, the product covers a large stage, frame or irregular structure, or the fixing conditions are complex.
  • Several venues or installation environments differ from one another, and several product categories have to be delivered in a set sequence.
  • Numerous artwork versions have to be coordinated, specialist manufacturing or contracting partners may be needed, or the event schedule leaves little time for approval and correction.

Terms and limits

A site assessment is subject to prior agreement, is judged on the scale and technical need of the project, and may carry travel and other costs.

An assessment does not automatically include structural engineering, event planning, graphic design, installation or on-site event support. Any partner coordination must be agreed separately.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions About Event Manufacturing
